The first gentleman of bodybuilding: The Golden eagle, Mr. Tom “Legs” Platz. He had great attitude and was most polite. His demeanour was beyond reproach. That’s my type of bodybuilder. From today’s era, who do you think or can you think of one who can match Platz’s character? I can think of few who are the exact opposite of that description today. However I can think of two who I really like now:Branch Warren and Nasser El Sonbaty. Post your thoughts cobbers.

Branch Warren is awesome, his training is very intense! His vasularity is amazing!
 
Platz is incomparable, its a different era now. I had his posters everywhere.

Look for him on Youtube squatting 230kg x 20 reps.

His video of a seminar was the best I've seen.
