THE END OF THE REAL BODYBUILDERS IS CLOSE
By: Rocco Oppedisano

The Real Bodybuilder is a weight trainer motivated by an endless journey into wanting strength and power in all body parts that will give them a Hercules or gladiator Body.

They ensure there are no muscle weakness as it will prevent them doing the ultimate big lift which feeds their ego to a point of ecstasy. It makes them feel more alive, all their senses are boosted, the stronger they get leads to bigger and more dimension and shapely muscles, they strive for perfection with symmetry leading to the greatest of all goals; dimensional muscle. The higher the percentage with muscle size the greater they look.

The Bodybuilder with over 40% of dimensional muscle is very strong and powerful, giving them a feeling of invincibility as if they want to conquer the world; they become a spotlight where ever they go. They are admired and respected by many.

The bodybuilder with over 50% of dimensional muscle has a stronger mind to the point of getting a high on pain, giving them extra power to train heavier and faster.

They train 4 days a week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. They train 3 body parts a day; Legs, calves, chest and triceps, 2 hours Monday and Thursday. Shoulders, back, biceps, forearm and abdominals 2 hours 15 mins Tuesday and Friday.
They don’t lock out in their exercises so they pump the rep; the only way to dimensional muscle. They check their bodies every 2 weeks to ensure all body parts are developed evenly for symmetry.

The main time they train is straight after work. They enter and leave the gym in their work clothes. They use the gym shower after their workout as many socialize or party straight after gym.

They don’t need to recover as they believe recovery is a state of mind, they would rather party and live life to the full!

Their diet is 50% protein, 40% Carbohydrates and 10% fats.

They don’t like training partners as they are leaders, dependency is a weakness.

They don’t take drugs as it defeats their personal journey of self achievement.

Do they compete in natural contests?
Some have been crucified by the judges in the belief that they cant look that good without drugs even when they past the test.

Where do you find the real bodybuilder… In the gyms that have a flood of free weights with very heavy dumbbells or great home gyms.

I believe there is up to 100 real bodybuilders with dimension of 40% in Australia and 10 with the dimension of 50%

The real body builder was the reason of bodybuilding contests that drew the general public came to watch them compete.
They all had their own body types, they drew large audiences like many other popular sports, they were a true promoters dream.

Today the bodybuilders draw close to nothing other than their supporters, friends and family.

No Dimension = No Talent

Anything to back any of this up? Training methodology is pure personal preferance. They enter the gym in their work clothes??? They don't need to recover as recovery is a state of mind??? They would rather party & live life to the full??? Sounds like body building Mills & Boon to me. Just my opinion.

Don't need to recover and don't take drugs hey Rocco?

This has to be one of them most freakish natural physiques in history:
Deadlifts - Bodybuilding.com Forums

Maybe all that partying caused you short term memory loss and you actually did accidentaly swallow a couple or 50 Dianabols at those parties back in the 70's when you were in your prime?

Do you have any updated routines and diet bsed on reality, and natural trainers?

Would love an update.

Max's Muscle TV had a great final episode of season 6 with a long feature by Rocco. His story is pretty damn interesting if you can happen to get a copy of it. It was on 7mate or the other channel 7 one last night.

I saw that. It was interesting, kinda like Australia's own Joe Weider.
