I think i have read about supplementing Cooper at high zinc doses. Is that right? What are your thoughts. Also what type of zinc? Are there a few different types any better than the other.

Copper is usually in most zinc supplements, they both displace each other so both need to be supplemented to avoid defficiency.. Though copper defficiency is more rare then zinc..
Zinc works as a mild aromatatse inhibitor vitamin c along with it helps. I use zinc picolinate
Other compounds such as, diindolylmethane work by directing oestrogen metabolistes away from16hydroxyoestrogen and towards 2hydroxyoestrogen.
SSKI/pottasium iodide supplementation directs enzymatic metabolism from e2 oestradiol( the most potent form of oestrogen) to e1 estrone and (the weakest) e3 estriol.
Anything thing i am coming across is how important proper bowel funciton is in regards to eliminating hormones...
But i will talk about this in a seperate thread because it warrents its own one..
Tested thyroid the traditional way. ( useless ) saving money for proper testing
Now. All the symptoms but this could be due to too low cortisol also ( affects thyroid)
80% of hypothyroid is Hashimotos, big link between gut health food intolerances and autoimmune conditions.
Thanks mate. Can you give me some reasoning as to why it's terrible? As if I request the primotestin from the doc, I'm not sure if "this smart fella on the internet told me" will work
'
His reasoning for reandron was to avoid the high and lows of sust injected fortnightly.

Well the simple logic of that would be too split your sust injection and do it weekly.. However a little birdy told me they are no longer manufacturing sust they are trying to get rid of shorter acting esters apparently (heard from a dr)
Primotestin is basically just testosterone enthenate under a trade name...
The highs and lows come from the rate and frequency of injection not so much the ester, as all people metabolise esters differently...
So there is no "set and forget" take this dosage ect for anyone person.. All hormones need to be balanced and some people need more and some people need less.
Some people take Test enthenate every 2nd day (obviously dividing the weekly dosage) This can be done subq or IM.
Start googling the reandron ester.. I see alot of people needing it every 10days! And they simply cant because they think it lasts 25thousand years before it loses effectiveness.
Im not giving you medical advice on what to do. Im simply sharing experience and the experiences of many others in the same situaiton as you.
Sorry to butt in on the conversation here, but I have had similar problems to what some people are having on here:
Lethargy,
difficulty gaining muscle/loosing fat,
easily stressed and pretty anxious,
and a slight case of moobs (for ages now actually).
I train at least 4 days a week.
I had my test. checked a while ago and it came back 'normal' apparently. The only way I could get it tested was to lie and say I had problems with my sex drive (which I don't just yet fortunately). But the readings meant nothing to me back then so I couldn't interpret them for myself.
Anyway I take a shitload of vitamins/supplements these days: 100mg Zing, 250mg Magnesium, multivitamin, at least 12 caps of Omega 3, vegetable extract containing broccoli (diindolylmethane for balancing estrogen), and 4-6 caps of tongkat ali (natural test. booster).
I find that I feel quite a bit better these days, and my lifts/recovery is much better than it used to be. So my suggestion is to research vitamins as they can have a huge effect if you have a deficiency.
