Just curious to find out how most people determine their or others strength.
Is it purely who can lift the most weight? or more of a overall test?
Just curious to peoples opinions

i recon do 5 lifts for max 1rm and use a wilks score to determine a winner
bench
deadlift
squats
clean
military press
or try most reps for bw, squats, dips, pullups
you should have an all round stregth, don't be a one single lift type of lifter, there i s a stcky thread on strength levels. Basically you check your bw against the weight you lift, and work out what level you are at.
