Well Ive done a really dumb thing, I havent used my rest days a few weeks ago and worked out every night. really big mistake. I am now getting the same feeling as shin splints in my forearms. I can complete sets of curls with a single curl or "z" Bar but its when I put it down I get the pain and the next day.
What would be the best way to treat this? Also what would be a good effective workout for my Biceps that would not hinder the rehab on my forearms?
