1, Chicken Teriyaki
Cook chicken thigh fillets on the pan, as soon as cooked pour over a little teriyaki sauce and mirin seasoning (sweet rice wine), let this reduce for 2 min over the heat then serve.
2, Moroccon Chicken
Cook chicken thigh fillets on the pan, as soon as browned sprinkle masterfoods moroccon spice over them and add a bit more olive oil - just a tiny bit, this gives the spice a nice coat to stick to.
Rice - Sunrice microwaved packet rice - Chicken flavour! Cheap, no fat, nuke for 90 seconds! tastes great!
