Swiss ball shoulder and chest press

Depends if you have balance or stability problems, you most likely don't and we all shouldn't.

If you have balance problems lying on you back on a flat bench just give up now.

I know of a guy who was doing db chest press on a swiss ball and it popped and broke both his wrists...

In the early 90's I was doing BB incline press in a gym. The pin keeping the bench in position slipped out. The bench hit the ground very hard, I was only using 60kg, I kept pressing as if nothing had happened. If I wasnt warming up, it could have been very serious.

Teach me to do stupid bodybuilding exercises lol
