Hey guys,
So this is my first post on this forum and I was hoping I might be able to get some help from you all on how to increase my appetite as it is really lacking and is affecting my gains in the gym.
At the moment I am rarely in the mood to eat anything apart from at dinner time if I haven't eaten all day... I don't know why this is as I never had a problem eating as a kid, but now it's become very apparent.
I have tried eating a big breaky every morning and having small and frequent meals throughout the day to try increase my metabolism but it hasn't helped. And when searching for supplements, all I can find is weight loss stuff...
I was wondering if any of you have taken any supplements or anything before that you noticed help increase your appetite.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
