are there ratios on how much you shuld be takin when it come to bcaa's, creatine, l-glut ect. for example u have to have 2-3grams of protein to every kg of bodyweight. is there some kind of ratio when it come to bcaa's for example a person who weighs 80kg only needs 2000mg of bcaas but somesome who weighs 50kg only needs 250mg??????? if u know what i mean.
