had a great workout partner we used to motivate each other since we were at the same strength level. too bad he changed jobs and had to go to a different gym. Now i just ask for help for some of the regulars at the gym.
Well I can say that I would want a training partner to have an additional motivation. I'm a competitive guy and if one person trains with me side by side, I think I would always push myself harder to have the edge over my training partner. I think that's the only benefit I could get.
