bench 3* 5,5,4 reps 57.5 kg ( lost a rep )
wgrippull 3* 6 reps 50 kg ( somethin different )
mpress 3* 5 reps 40 kg ( tied best )
cgcu 2*4,5 reps 6kg assist ( done backwards )
so hmm after a huge weekend on the blinds , managed to get into gym today for a crack wasnt much of a crack though just goin through the motions nowhere near giving it my all, and results show ....
note to self ( lets have a few months off the piss )
Quick update had a week off got the sack from work so gym wasn't at the top the list alls good now new job . Got in the gym last night fully packed didn't really get a good sesh noticed lost some strength . Back to charging hard tommmoro night can't wait
