Good work Big Jim. I was gonna ask what the benefits of a fat bar were, but that link covered it. I was guessing they'd be good for grip, wrists and forearms and seems that is the case.
It'd be nice to have one for home gym but not sure if I'd get enough bang for my buck i.e. grip, wrists & forearms aren't my highest priority and can still be worked with a conventional barbell. Hmmm, have to think it over.
That strong curling for skinny arms. Perhaps you need to do more work on your triceps to gain size?
My arms are 16" and its mainly tricep bulk. I haven't done much work on my bicep but I'm planning on hitting them hard from now on. Would love to get to 18"
