What are the risks? The gym space I have is not level. Slopes towards the left. Slightly but enough to see with the naked eye when my bar is stting on the rack. Have only just noticed.
Is it dangerous or could it do some damage to my knees?

no worries the other way you could correct it if you want to bee flat is face up the slop and wear oly shoes to split the difference... but then it would have to be a fucking massive slop lol
