Squating on uneven surface

What are the risks? The gym space I have is not level. Slopes towards the left. Slightly but enough to see with the naked eye when my bar is stting on the rack. Have only just noticed.

Is it dangerous or could it do some damage to my knees?

i wouldnt, id turn you rack 90deg. so that you go either with or against the slope.

Face down the slope and its just like wearing a heel

or face uthe slope so your weight is on your herls, not the balls of your feet, also with having a heel your knees have a tendancy to shoot forwards

Moons will tell you all about the old PTC uneven floor.....
Squat one way, next set squat the other way....
Had a good ol' laugh about it when I saw thread title....!!

I've never heard of anyone squatting with a raised toe though, which was the point I was making. His floor isn't flat lol

no worries :P the other way you could correct it if you want to bee flat is face up the slop and wear oly shoes to split the difference... but then it would have to be a fucking massive slop lol
