I train alone so don't often get anyone to critique my form.
This morning I asked a random to video it for me.
It seems a lot faster on the video than it felt, so I guess tip one would be slow it down.

Yeah the asics are a bit bouncy for my current training plans, I have a pair of converse allstars low cut, Ive read they are good lifting shoes, I'll try them in my next session.
