Eric Spoto and Stan Efferding doing some raw bench about a month out from the ST meet in November. Gonna be crazy!

Amazing benching, interesting to see one works up to the max set with small bouncing reps and not lockout.

I think Spotto is stronger than Kennelly raw.

Can't wait to see what Spotto will put up at Smelly's backyard meet of the century later this year.

Yep, that was some weird warmups right there. To me, a newbie, I mean. :p

But damn! Crazy benching that is.

Love the way the lightER (not *light*) weights were being thrown around. Off the show!

Haha, I put my head in my palms when I saw him doing 225... and it just got worse :P

This one is amazing too - empty bar to 600 lbs and back down to empty bar in about a minute.

Medlesons raw record of 715lbs was touch and go with a soft handout so, even by SPF standards if he gets 716lbs it's still the most ever by anyone. Still impressive no matter what.

I hate people that bag the efforts of huge lifting. What can you do hamburgler with a soft handout and bounce??? Not where near probably not even half? So don't discredit his effort.

I could probably do 715lb in SPF
My squat would be at least 1200lb

These are raw numbers

Better video

Mark Bell said in his latest youtube video that Spoto has benched 315 for 62 reps. Guess I'll just kill myself.

Thanks Sam, definitely better quality than the nosebleed shot from the video I saw haha

It's going to be one hell of meet. There are a fair few guys that'll pull 800lbs+ and I think 4 over 850lbs (385kg).
