Mountain biking is great and heaps of fun, as well as Aussie rules, rugby, rock'climbing and bush walking.........oh and sex makes a great cardio workout, hehehe
I lost heaps of weight after I got into playing squash. Made cardio fun when I thought it never could be. Been playing competatively for around 4 years now.
Other than that, Rock Climbing/Canyoning/Bushwalking keeps me going strong.
Dragonboat racing looks really fun to watch but looks tiring as well. I actually had a chance to be on one team but I refused because I don't think I could sync in with just 2 months in the gym.
