As long as your body is behaveing itself, I cant see any real reason to get excited.....When you stop looking at your avatar or harrasing the wife, you may have low enough test levels to be of concern.
Everyone getting tested, I am curiousas I am getting on a tad aswell, but wont rush out anytime soon. MAybe at my next yearly check I will get a few extra things looked at.
i wouldnt be happy. mine was 19 and i wasnt happy. it was near the very low end of normal. Norma is probably based on the results of a 40 year old man.
Mike thats is good as far as the "norms" go. But I supose it all comes down to how you feel.
The thing is though, chances are your local GP wont do shit about it even if you wanted to get it up a bit, you are apparently "normal". As you know, mine was 12, and my GP STILL refused to help. Being 22, it got me down. I have been put onto a specialist now by a friend, and will never look back....... No matter how much he charges .
We dont perfom a full panel of hormones in Rockhampton, They go to Brisbane. We just cater for the IVF labs, so E2, prog, LH, HCG, Its OK if I ever suspect myself of being pregnant lol,
We can do most basic bloods, FBC, E/LFT, basic coags, Troponins. most histo is kept, I can do almost any micro test ,but that got centralised aswell this year..Oh I can take blood aswell.
I get pretty much anything for free, unless it is an odd test medicare wont recognise.
Sticky what specialist did you see? I too was twelve and after I come off these roids I'll test myself again. It's not like its heading up anymore can only go one way. It's only a matter of time before I'm on TRT. Posted via Mobile Device
I have an appointment with my GP on Monday to see the results of my 2nd lot of bloods. I'll let ya'll know how it goes, but as it runs at the moment, I'm pretty much on par with n00bs Testosterone wise apparently.
Had my bloods done last week, had a chat with my GP about it on Monday. He was pretty concerned about it. Spot on though, it's 8. Got the 2nd lot of bloods done with a few extra's thrown in to make it a bit more comprehensive, also to make sure it wasn't a fluctuation. I'm booking another apointment to see my GP on Monday.
Funny thing is I never thought twice about this despite having a few symptoms of low T for as long as I can remember, I just went about to do what I do.
