Shake with water or milk?

firstly.
Are you fat?

Right after training - Protein with water and a simple carb source...I like waxy maize (I think this is counted as a complex carb but acts like a simple carb)

Anyother time of the day can be taken with milk or water - if with water I would suggest adding 1 tablespoon of olive or almond oil into the shake..1. to slow down the protein getting into the system and 2. for the health benefits.

And with the eggs - just eat the whole egg.

I always have water with my WPI. I have never tried it with milk, i could imagine that it tastes a lot better but i think it taste good enough with water. Milk will only slow down the release of the WPI and that is the last thing you want when your having it directly after your workout. You have Protein Shakes because of the positive effects it has in your body not for taste!

Your PT is a joke. The milk wont be stored as fat unless you drink heaps of it and dont workout. Just remember to include the calories from the milk when counting your daily calories.

I drink a protein shake when i wake up, post workout and one before bed.
