setting up a gym at work

I am currently re-arranging my factory and on the mezzanine level I have a 4.4m x 2.2m landing which I am going to utilise as a gym area by putting a guard rail around it and cutting a door in the pre-cast concrete panel.

I dont have a height restriction, but am i going to have enough room to put in a MM squat rack (probably commercial) and have enough room to move around the front of it (per the drawing) without crab walking? I dont think orientating it the other way is pratical given the oly bar is 220cm wide?

open to any suggestions.......

I'd move the rack against the right wall. You're going to need some floor space for pulling, overheads and any bench work outside the rack (eg skullcrushers and dumbell presses).
