Scoliosis & Squats

HAHA...well. I usually squat lower reps, around 4-6. During the squat I feel fine, however once I've put it back on the rack, my back starts to hurt for maybe 30-60 seconds afterwords. I have slight scoliosis in my back, and I have had all my life. I'm just wondering if i should continue to do squats and if there is any precautions I should take. Cheers

Talk to your doc or physio. But it depends on your degree of scoliosis, since you said it is minor you should be able to squat. Since you are getting pain though ask your physio or doc to find out why (most docs will say to just stop what you are doing). Precaution wise you need to make sure you are stable and have perfect form really just the same as everyone else.
