Mikhail Koklyaev makes easy work of this heavy squat without using his hands. Most people would struggle to put 290kg up using all of their limbs. I’m pretty sure I blew my knee out just watching this.

Mikhail Koklyaev makes easy work of this heavy squat without using his hands. Most people would struggle to put 290kg up using all of their limbs. I’m pretty sure I blew my knee out just watching this.

I swear, that if you insist on posting weights in lbs I'll come over there and smack you over the head with a 20kg plate.
Olympic lifting and powerlifting are performed according to the metric system. Every country in the world except for 2, are metric. Maybe 3. Not sure about Buma.
OK, I will assume that you are catering to "old" people who were raised in the pre metric age. However I suggest that even those old farts are more than aware of the metric system. Come to think of it, why don't you be consistent and post all prices in both $ and old pounds, shillings and pence. Or maybe include how many stones a weight is. It's bad enough having browsers and Microsoft Word trying to force me to spell in "merican" instead of English, despite setting language preferences.
Oy. And looking at the vid, the plates are metric.
