[MENTION=11621]taurus[/MENTION]; will like this one - Shute Shield is back on ABC - starting on Saturday 29th March (Round 1) with Easts V Randwick 1st up - should be interesting with Lala now playing with the beasties...
 
Souths V Manly - Manly did a good job shutting down their forwards - GI crazy good again - he looks like he is about 10kgs bigger aswell haha

Broncos V Cowboys - Broncos look like a totally different side from last year - will be interesting when they play the likes of Souths/Roosters/Manly (they play Roosters next Friday) see where they are at - but shit they are looking good - still early stages but I reckon top 4 or 5 this year....
 
good nrl games last night, mainly watched league as afl game was quite boring.


Last night had four Aussie football codes and games to watch at same time.
 
Not sure how rugby and league got lumped in the same thread? They're less similar than afl and table tennis...
 
I like having the union and league in one area - opens up discussion points more and there is a great crossover now with the codes due to player movement - and I think most guys on here who are fans of League are also fans of union....
 
When I merged them it mate sense since there was not much traffic in either. I like having both together too.
 
yes, fair enough, I just feel sorry for league having to share a thread with an inferior game.

I rate soccer and union as the worst football codes, albeit the world cup of soccer and top soccer leagues me like watching.

What about you shrek?

Liker rugby league and nfl most, followed by aussie rules.

Why dont you just ignore the union posts then? There is no talk of soccer in the thread so your safe.

Why split the 2 simply because you "dont like" another code?

I am not a fan of AFL but I dont go in the AFL thread and question why there is a thread for AFL....

Prob one of the stupidest comments ive heard on the forum to date haha
