Thanks, I do have a stupid question. Last night i worked on my chest, for example
bench press:
1st Set = warm up of 15 x 40kg
2nd 8x 60kg
3rd 7 x 60kg
4th 5 x 60kg
Thats all the weights I currently have and doesn't include the bar. So my question is: next week should I aim to increase the amount of reps for each set or work on getting 8 reps out of set 3 & 4? Or increase the weight? What do you think?
