No need. We already have a fed, PA. It's owned by the lifters, not Wilks. We just need someone to run it who will be willing to turn a blind eye to all the corruption. Like all the non IPF feds.

Considering the old APL president owes lifters $1000s of dollars after cancelling nationals on a whim, selling all the equipment then running off with the lifters comp entry money free membership is the bare minimum they should be offering
Yes there is, I believe they hold all of their comps including Nationals in Cobdogla SA Pretty sure their drug testing dosen't fall in line with WADA etc.
It never occurred to me before, but I just now looked up the cost of testing. Pretty pricey, you'd need 10 powerlifting annual memberships to be able to do a full test on one guy - once. I presume there's a discount if your sport has the govt's rubber stamp?
