I've been watching interviews and debates with the biologist Richard Dawkins recently whom I find very interesting to listen to and came across this one with him and a very annoying female creationist, Wendy Wright.
If you guys like Dawkins and you're not aware of Christopher Hitchens you should probably check him out on youtube. He's an atheist and he's also a pretty funny one. I like his line here about the reverends 'wonderful circular arguments'
LOL I actually prefer Christopher Hitchens (may he RIP) to Dawkins.
I find Dawkins a little too shrill for a scientist at times, which is disappointing (ie he often comes across as fanatical as his creationist opponents). That said, he does have his moments of lucidity and can be very good in a debate.
Hitchens is brilliant though .. witty, a tad sarcastic when required, and always on point.
I miss CH.
LOL I just found myself thinking "oh Dawkins isn't a real scientist, he's a biologist" ... smack! Bad bad CCM

Great thread Darko.
No idea how he resisted the head butt....perhaps more evolved than us?
I recently visited the Museum of Power lifting and have to admit thatI did find the Homo Oni exhibit mildly entertaining.
I know. I was actually shocked at thinking that. I'm very disappointed.
He's alright. I have been a bit disappointed with him at times though for the reason I mentioned. It means that he ends up losing the argument on the basis that he's left reason at the door and is arguing on beliefs.
That's the problem with atheists. Too much care factor...potential fanatics .. not much diff with strong religious beliefs.
