You do not have to increase weight every session.
Remember there are numerous ways to train muscle, remember progressive resistance. This may be using the same weight as you did last session but adding a extra rep or instead of 1 min rest between sest you onlu have 30 or 45 secs, get my drift.
Beginners can usually increase every session
Intermediates usually can up the weights weekly
Advanced people can take months to years depending how advanced you are
If you finding it hard to increase you are:
(A) Not eating enough
(b) Not resting enough
(c) have advanced to the next stage i.e intermediate or adavnced
