- currently finishing off a 12 week program
- finding it hard to increase the weights each session

is it imperative to increase weight every session in order to gain mass muscle?
example: lets say i kept my bench press on 85kgs for 2 weeks.
would i be:
a) still gaining muscle
b) just maintaining what muscle i have already
c) making little gains only
