This is my first post, but I have been doing a lot of reading over the last couple of months.
I'm sure I read and article/post from Fadi. In this post he explained that he did them, and why.
Dint quote me, but I think it had to do with increasing the size of the capileries to allow for greater nutrient rich blood flow to lagging muscles. I think this was an advanced technique, and not something that everybody should be doing.
