300gms on top of normal food? Thats a lot of protein.I might get myself a 20kg sack of WPC then.
Would consuming 300g throughought the day be ok?
Should last about 2 months that way.
So is it exactly the same protien quality, disregarding the carb and fat content?
If so, I don't know why I should ever use WPI again, I basically nver cut, and alot of ectos wouldn't either.
