PTC Gold Coast will be holding the ProRaw Qualifier on Sunday the 18th of August. ProRaw is an invite-only event held in Melbourne in November. For more information on ProRaw, check out Login Required | ProRaw

The qualifier is open to anybody. You don't have to be a member of any federation to compete. Members of any federation are also more than welcome to compete. This is a joint event, where novices are also invited to compete, providing the opportunity to brush shoulders with more experienced lifters.

The competition is a 3-lift powerlifting meet, consiting of squats, bench and deadlifts (in that order).

When: Sunday 18th August
Where: PTC Gold Coast. 3/22 Hilldon Ct, Nerang
Entry fee: $40, spectators free
Weigh in: 9am, Lifting starts 11am

If you are planning to qualify for ProRaw you MUST wear a soft suit. For the novices, soft suits are preferred but not required.
Just to be extra clear: if you do not wear a soft suit, you can not qualify for ProRaw.

Trophies will be awarded.

Entry forms will be on PTC Gold Coast - home from next week. Please fill these in as early as possible.

There will be a BBQ and drinks for sale on the day.
