Do you take them, dextrose, waxy maize starch, Vitargo etc? - Dextrose
How much do you take? 30 grams of dextrose and 30 grams of WPI in 250-300ml full cream milk
Where did you buy it? Big W home brew section
How much did you pay? $2 or so for may be 1 kg or similar can't remember exact details, it was Brigalow brand.
What are/were the results? Put on 6-8kg of solid muscle in a month while shedding every last ounce of visible body fat......only kidding, made no difference that I could tell, but made the shakes taste nice and sweet. May be results would have been better if I bought the $40 'Body Building Dextroxe Hydoxy Gro Super Max'
