WHAT: PTC SYDNEY DEADLIFT COMP #1
WHEN: Sunday the 23rd October 2011
Weigh in: 10am till 11am. Lifting starts at 11:30am Sharp!!
WHERE: PTC Sydney - Unit 2/41-43 Day St, Silverwater 2128
COST: $20 entry fee, spectators free.

Gear
Soft suits are not needed but optional.
Belts are allowed. This is a raw event.

Prizes
Top 2 male and 1 female receive prizes with a special prize going to a person I deem who pulled their heart out.
mens - 1st - tub of total science protien and trophy
mens - 2nd - tub of Total science and trophy
Womens - Tub of Total science and trophy
Ceffo mystery winner for putting in Max effort for giving it a go gets Ptc Sydney shirt and medal
