Not a prowler but I made my own sled out of an old 4wd tyre, plank of food, eyelet & some rope. I use it in the street from time to time. It's not too noisy.

Why wouldnt they? Other than a rack, bar and plates it's the top piece of training equipment. Only issue i face is a place to use it. The carpark at a nearby oval should work fine.
Love ya style JZ, my first sled was just the spare wheel out the boot of my car with rope tied around it, would chuck plates in it, have since moved up to wheel barrow tub with carabiner on the end
