Aaaaahhahhaaahahhaah! Tell Max to book me in Feb between meal one and meal two of his bulking phase! Hopefully ill still be on his friends by then since hes a wirld champion now. I'm sure everyone wouldve been so privileged to lift with a world champion at ProRaw but he's too busy for us little people.

Sick or not I'm doing the meet to support you, the proraw ideals and powerlifting in general.

This comp is going to be a cracker! Would have been a huge privelidge to lift with the quality of lifters in this comp, hopefully it's even better for Pro Raw 2. Cant wait to see the numbers, not long to go now...

Was it 135 for 2 sets of triples on the bench and 175kg squats for 3x3?
 
I think they are in different weight classes now....ryan is 88 whereas i think max is mid 70's...ill find whatever i have of Ryan...i fkn knew i should have filmed the squats on monday!

On monday he did 175x3? And 200x3 or 2....cant remember Gregg can confirm as he coaches him

Good to see the youngsters going so well. In a few years Ryan will be very hard to beat in the 100kg class.
 
Greg's brother will push some impressive numbers when he matures as well.

I think he benched 107.5 3x3 or something like that the other week at 15yo, very much still a boys body, plenty of maturing to do.
 
I have ordered 80 ProRaw shirts

Two different styles, two different colours

These are a better shirt than we have previously used for PTC, similar cut, better material, more comfortable, a little dearer.

I always found the PTC shirts a little stiff, hence why nobody ever saw me wearing one, I simply got that style because everyone loved em, these are much nicer.

I'll have them next week, I'll post a pic when I get them.

Like I said, 2 different logos, 2 different slogans, 2 different colours

For sizes, Max weighs 76kg, is 173cm tall, he wears a medium and its not tight, he could wear a small if he wanted it tight.

I'll be in Europe on the 2nd of February, so I doubt I'd get the shirt here on time if you are getting them next week..
