Using oly BB, following weight only include plate weight:
DL 70kg
Squat 50kg
Bench 40kg
Military press 7.5kg

how im doing after 1 month of training on SS and am i gaining weight too fast?

starting date: 24/02/11 66.8
03/03/11 67.3
10/03/11
69.7
17/03/11 70.6

That's an amazing results buddy. What are you munting on? Has your lifts improved? How do you feel?
 
pretty standard results if youve never done weights before. Youre not gaining weight too quickly, but i would check to make sure its muscle and not fat (assuming you have increased your eating)

eating 500 above maintenance. And i think im adding both fat and muscle, mid section fatter now. I guess i will keep gaining 500g to 1kg a week then.
 
How old are you? If you're over 20 then chances are you're a naturally lithe dude, so I wouldnt worry too much about gaining fat. If you're under 18, then you're gonna want to watch it a bit closer. Also how tall?
