Well, I certainly don't want to be 'that guy' who takes 3 scoops of PWO and washes it down with coffee as a morning ritual. I don't need to be that stimulated, just enough to get my CNS into the groove for training IF I feel the need to. There are days when I literally jump out of bed, screaming 'Yeah! Let's do this!' so certainly won't need any PWO then lol. For the last few weeks I have gotten it to a fine art of 1/2 scoop Craze (DMAA) for upper body days, 3/4 scoop Apocalypse (AMP) for lower body days. In addition I add a hefty nootropic dose for that amazing mental focus.
