What are some of your Favorite Accessory Excercises to help with your lifts
 
Maybe rotator cuff exercises.

Maybe posing preworkout... there's nothing like knowing how deep my cuts, or how wide my lats are before I train.
 
I go by "if you got stronger, you got carry-over"
So my favourite? As in what I most enjoy doing? Probably reverse grip incline bench
