That's some strong squatting, I haven't hit more than a single at weights higher than 180. Been doing hypertrophy and pause squats 140x10
Recent rep PB on Deadlift was 172.5kg x 15 full reps, thought I would get gassed out but surprised my self. Was a good day with a PB single too before that.
Bench been on low reps lately, but DBs hit 44kg x 12 reps. Always used to do incline DBs only, but had to start doing flat bench DBs this time I hope it builds the bench up.
Guess im beating gerry on deadlifts for reps now too. 200x8 the other day. Never amrapped anything higher in recent memory. But will in a couple of weeks id say.
Got me on bench still. 100x11 is me best for reps.
122.5x5 i think once during the prep that i benched 140x1.
Squats sitting at 152.5x11. Cant remember other previous numbers its been so long haha. But im expecting some new larger numbers during this cycle. 180x6 would be nice...probably a hard triple there currently for me.
