if you trained with a decent amount of amount of weight/resistance and correct form, is it true that in order for the muscle to get bigger, the muscles should be sore which indicate that it is growing?

Or...

Will the muscle grow bigger providing that it's a proper training routine, and that muscle soreness isn't nesscary?

As far as I can tell, your muscles still grow even if there not sore because its most likely that you recovery rate has increased usually when taking creating and glutamine as well as your protein.

But its probably more obvious when your sore.

Again these are my assumptions. Hopefully someone that has the qualifications can tell us for sure.

I try to aim for soreness by trying to confuse my muscles by doing a different routine or ordering of exercises etc now and again

Though muscle soreness on un-soreness (is that a word ) is not an indication of a good workout

The best indicator is seeing an increase in strength and size , not muscle soreness.
