1000 .. 3-egg omelette with grainy bread, apple
1200 ... [kettlebell workout for cardio]
1230 ... 1lt milk + 3 eggs + 100g milk powder, cup of almonds
1330 ... ~250g steak + salad
1530 ... bowl vegies
1900 ... ~250g fried chicken + ~500g roast potatoes + salad, ice cream
I might have some more potatoes later. Those are good.
