If you have a microwave or a kettle near you do this;
- 1 or more avocado
- Bean curd vermacilli
- Curry powder (indian ones from asian groceries rock)
- Peas and corn from grocery store
1. Mash avo with curry.
2. Put vermacilli and peas and corn in boiling water (may need to drain and redo a few times).
3. Mix vermacilli through avo curry paste stuff.
4. Thank me later.
Sounds...interesting. You mean you're making sushi with the rice paper sheets? You can get nori at every supermarket these days. I'm sure it tastes good either way!

No I make sushi with nori even though there is debate about whether or not it is vegan. Nori is life. I literally will eat a nori sheet like it's cake. I am just bad at rolling sushi. Next time I make it I will take photos.
I make rice paper rolls too with vegetables and bean curd vermacilli. Rice vermacilli and I do not get along.

yeah sometimes I put Seitan in it (vegan fake meat made from gluten) but I am just really lazy with my food and avoid anything that takes a long time to cook.
