work meal, no excuses!

oven baked chicken.
Looks tasty as fuck mate! Love me salmon. Had it last night myself.
That rice looks the bizness too. Also had something that looked similar for lunch yesty with my chicken.

Food of the gods.

been back into eggs.

using a baking bread tray, line with foil then baking paper.
crack 2 eggs, spread the yoke a little. rip up kale, cover, pat down, repeat for a solid layer (1.5cm - 2cm)
layer with shreaded carrots, (maybe some protein cheese) then baby spinach leaves.
crack 5 more eggs on top, from side to side, pop the jokes but don't bother scrambling.
add cayanne pepper, tumeric, black and white pepper and bake in the oven.

perfect.

About to put this baby in the oven. StrungOut; you looking and learning? ?

You know you've married the right one, when you come home from training and she's making pancakes for you!!!

Went out last night for lobster rolls, absolutely amazing.

Brioche Bun, Garlic Butter, French Fries and a Parmesan Salad

bought some raw pastry, couldn't help myself! dem carbs!

made 4 pork sausage rolls with some legit pastry. the pork suasage is cooked, and frozen so 25mins to bake the pastry will be perfect to re-heat and not overheat.
