Thank God I can get back to eating whatever I want now. Surgery went perfectly. When I'm back on my feet, I'll get back to pic-spamming... LOADS of things I want to make (including Kaz's cookies & CCM's brownies).

Haha, aw, thanks. Everything is going in the crock pot for now, I think, or we're eating out. Grilled some ribs earlier and it almost killed me, lol.

I just had my gallbladder taken out, it was giving me issues and causing too many sick days from work and training. 6 weeks (ish) and I can get back to lifting, so it's not all doom and gloom. In the meantime I get easy eats & loads of fun with opiate painkillers, haha.

Lunch 700 calories
half chicken and veg




1700 calories for dinner

400 gram rump steak and marinaded chicken
Steamed veg and cos salad with cheese and ranch dressing
Potato n sour cream
Asparagus... Yum!!!
Butttered bread rolls




Finished it off with some cinnamon oats.

First time eating out in a long time. I think Shepherd's pie qualifies as a healthy choice at a pub.



Feeling great but obviously still unable to lift. There will be cooking this weekend, since food is the only way I can endear you people to me right now
 
What's this bulgogi you're eating often dude? is it a premade marinade or do you rustle it up yourself?

I love Asian style food.
 
It is awesome stuff, Korean chilli marinade with a hint of sweetness. I have tried to make my own version but then I found this stuff. It is amazing! Macros are 42cals per 30g. .8gP/9C/.5F

 
Yep, local asian grocers. I think it's a popular Korean brand though so most should have it.

It is meant to be a marinade but I normally can't make up my mind on what I'm going to flavour with and just use it as a sauce in my stir fry's
