Haha, aw, thanks. Everything is going in the crock pot for now, I think, or we're eating out. Grilled some ribs earlier and it almost killed me, lol.
I just had my gallbladder taken out, it was giving me issues and causing too many sick days from work and training. 6 weeks (ish) and I can get back to lifting, so it's not all doom and gloom. In the meantime I get easy eats & loads of fun with opiate painkillers, haha.

It is awesome stuff, Korean chilli marinade with a hint of sweetness. I have tried to make my own version but then I found this stuff. It is amazing! Macros are 42cals per 30g. .8gP/9C/.5F
