I hardly ever eat breakfast anymore, but when I do ..

it's Protein Ricotta Hotcakes

egg whites (or whole eggs), fresh ricotta, pinch of salt, a little vanilla, a little baking powder, micellar casein, a little psyllium. Light and fluffy.
Topped with blueberries, a little banana, ricotta cream, homemade choc-cashew spread. Woop!

BEST stuff! I highly recommend you find a marinade from a local asian grocers. Soooo good. (I like spicy stuff)


Jamacian seafood marinara on "zucchini noodles" and veggies


choc protein dipped frozen strawberries


low fat peanut/maple granola
 
pumpkin/berry overnight oats with homemade granola


bulgogi chicken & kimchi/broccoli stirfry


strawberry 2:1 protein cheesecake
 
don't think that will help but bulk nutrients.

Superfoods barley wraps are bomb macros for wraps! Best ones by far I've found. "nearly" as good as the ones in the US.
 
OK not exactly what I'm eating ... but hey, what I'm making for others to eat

except the chocolate...that's mine

Valrhona Guanaja 70% ... I road tested some new chocolate molds. woop!



The cake is almond and chocolate with some port soaked dried mulberries. Smells yummmm
