lol turning disaster into a win
 
egg white omelette with dukkah, chilli and a bunch of broccolini

protein shake

boring usual day, not worth photographic evidence.
BUT I did make these for my trainer's weekend session for her clients on lifting form

Jaffa cookie bites and raw chocolate protein bars
Mango cupcakes to come ...

slightly deformed choc/honeycomb/banana protein muffin

bulgogi beef & kimchi/broccoli stirfry


choc/pb/maple oats with strawberries & PB&CO CRS
 
Strawberry crepes. I made it all from scratch. The only shop brought was the dollop cream. Sauces, crepes all made by me.
