Raw vanilla bean cashew nut butter:
250g raw cashews + beans from 1 vanilla pod or 1 1/2 tsp Professional Whey organic vanilla bean
Whizz it until creamy in a food processor.
You can lightly roast the cashews first if you like or activate them by soaking them in cold water for 8-10 hours before draining well and using.
Cashews have only 45g fat per 100g and 21g of protein so a nice PB alternative.
This nut butter tastes like heaven.

You know what i did lol...i read the last unread post, which must have been old as hell, as i rarely look in here and you mentioned coke zero and some alcohol...so i hit reply thinking it was the last post.
Thanks dude I use plenty of those recipes for cutting as well. At the moment while I'm bulking I just seem to have to add a shitload of extra carbs at some point during the day. (sweet potato, rice & ice cream are my go tos )
I save the stuff like fluff, marshmallow cake etc for when I'm cutting though. It's just too much volume for minimal cals!
ELVIS oats (maple/pb oats with bacon, banana, maple pb & sf maple syrup)
lemon/soy/garlic basa & roast veggies (and a side plate of lots of SP)
banana protein muffin with banana cream cheese frosting
