P.S found out the other day the actual sauces used in mi goreng noodles. Abc kepap sweet soy sauce & sriracha. So for those reducing carbs you could get the above & cook with some konnyaku/shiritaki/miracle noodles if you wanted mi goreng style low cal/carb option I'm yet to try it but I'll give it a go soon.

500 gram chicken breast
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
300 grams beans
Cos lettuce
Grated cheese
Ranch dressing
1 litre of coke zero
8 gms fish oil
 
Today for me:

Omelet (4 eggs, tomato, capsicum, ham) on a bed of spinach
Protein shake (whey + milk)
Tuna salad (spinach, lettuce, tomato, red onion, nandos hot sauce)
Chocolate oats with strawberries and banana
Marinated beef with sweet potatoe and steamed veg
Some more beef and chicken as I cooked it... gotta taste test
Shake (banana, pb, milk, whey)

Extras - mandarin and two mini choc chip muffins.

Trying to eat more good stuff. Lack of prep is what gets me, hopefully buck the trend this time.
 
Breakfast, cup oats, honey, sultanas, cinimon sugar, raisons
Morning tea 4 x sushi rolls
Lunch nandos supreme burger with fries
Arvo 4 slices pizza + protein shake
Dinner fish and chips
Dessert magnum
Late snack KFC sweet chilli wrap and cheese cake
Pre bed protein shake


Recovery food.
