This morning for breakfast, I went to a quaint cafe on the way back from the Anzac Dawn Service.
I had:
2 poached eggs
inch thick sourdough toast
sauteed mushrooms (1st time having them, tried them once as a kid and didnt like them so skipped them ever since)
2 hashbrowns
Herb & chicken sausage
2 rashers of bacon
2 fried tomatoes
Was meant to be baked beans with it too but baked beans taste like shit so substituted this for a 3rd poached egg
Was yummy. I love public holidays. Need more of them I reckon.
there was butter, coconut oil, omelettes, veggies, salad, yoghurt, nuts, chocolate, more chocolate, and cake batter. Yep cake batter.
Baked a cake and you can't skimp on quality control.
prob did OK on protein but fat intake was probably around ∞ today...
for dinner tonight i had a steak, cant think of the name but is was the good one with lots of marbling.
a couple of snags, a couple of eggs and a couple of hash browns
Man this thread makes me crave pop-tarts...and when you say overnight proats do you actually put protein powder, in oats, and leave it overnight lol probably a stupid question
