Hi guys
Alright, as the title suggests, i'm in a plateau at the moment. I can't seem to get beyond 3 x 10... 100kg on my squat.
I weigh 72kg at roughly 12% bf. I eat 3000 calories a day at about 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fats.
I've been stuck on this for a few weeks now. Everytime I get to the last 2 reps on the last set of squats, i am f***d.
what tactics i can use to break this plateau?
